Q:What s the difference between ST and STC alternator?
A:
ST is single-phase alternator (220V output), suitable for household single-phase electrical equipment; STC is three-phase alternator (380V output), for industrial three-phase machinery.
Q:Can I customize 60Hz / 110V / 440V voltage?
A:
Yes we support custom frequency (50/60Hz) and voltage (110V/220V/230V/380V/400V/440V) according to customer regional standards.
Q:Can this generator work with diesel engine?
A:
Fully compatible. It can be directly connected to diesel/gasoline engine via coupling, or driven by V-belt pulley.
Q:Is the winding copper or aluminum?
A:
Standard configuration is 100% pure copper winding; aluminum coil model can be customized if you have cost demand.
Q:How to maintain the carbon brush?
A:
Check carbon brush length every 200 working hours; replace when abrasion exceeds 2/3; clean dust inside brush holder regularly to avoid poor contact.
