Q:What materials can this jaw crusher break?
A:
It can crush hard stone such as granite, basalt, limestone, all kinds of metal ore, waste concrete, brick blocks. The maximum feeding block cannot exceed 125mm.
Q:Can I match a diesel engine instead of motor?
A:
Yes. The machine is designed with belt pulley transmission, you can connect single cylinder diesel engine with V-belt, suitable for jobsites without electricity.
Q:How to adjust the finished stone size?
A:
There is a wedge adjusting device at the bottom of discharge outlet. Loosen the bolt to shrink discharge gap for finer stone; widen gap for bigger aggregate.
Q:Why the jaw plate wears quickly?
A:
1. Feed oversize hard stones beyond 125mm; 2. Long-term crush sharp hard ore. We supply spare high manganese jaw plates at factory cost for replacement.
Q:Will the crusher block material easily?
A:
Adopt deep cavity non-dead zone design, double flywheel provides stable impact force. Feed evenly and do not put wet sticky mud, it will not block normally.
