Dual-Purpose Oscillating Granulator with Replaceable Multi-Lobe Screen for Granulation Equipment

Suitable for granulation of various wet powders as well as for compacting and granulating dry powders. It can be used for processing meal replacement solid beverages, flavoring agents, feed, chemical powders, and ceramic powders. It is not recommended to use high-viscosity and highly oily materials alone; instead, auxiliary materials should be used to adjust the dryness of the powder.

Dual-purpose device. The wet material is extruded into wet particles, which are then used for drying; after drying, the granulated and clumped finished product can be passed through the machine again to re-granulate and disperse the clumps, achieving a uniform particle size.

Just replace the stainless steel screen with different aperture sizes. The larger the aperture, the coarser the particles; the smaller the aperture, the finer the particles. We also support customizing multiple specifications of screens as per your needs.

The particles are loose and porous, and they dry and heat evenly, making them less prone to sticking together. The particle size is uniform, ensuring no layering during subsequent tablet pressing, smooth packaging and discharge, less dust, and low material loss.
