No. The device adopts high-temperature resistant alloy material and professional composite sealing structure. The conical design allows automatic sliding of steel slag without hole blockage. The built-in self-cleaning pre-blow function resists high-temperature and dust erosion, ensuring high temperature resistance, wear resistance and zero air leakage for continuous high-intensity steelmaking operations.
Q:Does it require special operators and daily maintenance?
A:
No special operator is required. The device operates fully automatically, including docking, aeration, gas cut-off and separation. With no precise vulnerable parts, it realizes daily maintenance-free operation, only requiring regular routine inspection, which greatly saves labor and maintenance costs.
