What is the warranty period, and what does it cover?

We offer a 12-month warranty from installation or 14 months from Bill of Lading, whichever comes first. It covers manufacturing defects in structural, hydraulic, and electrical components. Wearable parts are excluded but supplied at cost.

Do you provide installation and training services?

Yes. Options include free online video support, on-site installation by one engineer (buyer covers travel costs), or connection with authorized local technicians for high-volume markets.

Every machine undergoes a three-stage inspection: material verification, in-process checks, and 100% load testing at 110% pressure for 30 minutes. A test report and video are sent before packing.

Yes. We stock common spare parts and ship them within 48 hours. We can also design and manufacture stamping dies, drawing dies, or compression molds as a turnkey solution.

What are the payment terms?

Standard terms are T/T: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For orders over $50,000 or long-term partners, L/C at sight is available. D/P or D/A are not accepted for first-time orders.

How do you pack the machine for international shipping?

Accepted Answer

The machine is disassembled and wrapped in anti-rust oil and film, then secured in a plywood export case or steel frame. FCL shipments use moisture-proof bags and shock-absorbing blocks.
