No special operator is required. The device operates fully automatically, including docking, aeration, gas cut-off and separation. With no precise vulnerable parts, it realizes daily maintenance-free operation, only requiring regular routine inspection, which greatly saves labor and maintenance costs.
Q:What are the improvements of automatic argon blowing compared with manual docking?
A:
Manual docking has many problems such as inaccurate alignment, air leakage, air passage blockage and uneven argon blowing. This device features accurate docking and stable sealing with constant argon flow, which makes the composition and temperature of molten steel more uniform, reduces slag inclusion and bubble defects, and effectively improves the quality and qualification rate of finished steel products.
