Founded in 1997, located in Wuhan, Leadjet is an integrated industrial and trade enterprise with 31 branches and offices all over China. We have our own R&D center and manufacturing factory.

Q:Is your machine available for my product?

Show us your product and the content you want to print on, we can print on the sample and send the video to you. You can also deliver your sample to us, we print on the sample and deliver it back to you. The freight shall be borne by the buyer.

Q:Is it easy to operate if I have never used an inkjet printer before?

We will provide an English Service Manual and you can also view our YouTube operating video.

Q:How about the ink consumption and how long does a bottle last?

It depends on the content printed and daily capacity. A 700ML bottle can print 10 million pieces of 35-character information. The ink to solvent proportion is 1:8, and the ink warranty is 1 year. For most customers, a bottle lasts 3 months.

Q:What is the after-sales service policy?

We provide video technology and online help. We solve problems in three steps: 1. Send us a video of the problem. 2. Our engineer tests and provides a solution. 3.
