Q:Is your machine available for my product?

Show us your product and the content you want to print. We can print on the sample and send you a video. You can also deliver your sample to us for testing; freight is borne by the buyer.

Q:Is it easy to operate if I have never used an inkjet printer before?

We provide an English Service Manual and operating videos on YouTube. The interface is easy to switch, so there is no problem even if you are a beginner.

Q:How about ink consumption? How long does a bottle last?

It depends on content and daily capacity. A 700ML bottle can print 10 million pieces of 35-character info. The ink-to-solvent ratio is 1:8. For most customers, a bottle lasts 3 months.

Q:What if the machine breaks down?
