On molded plastic the common counts are 9PJ, 11PJ and 13PJ for dia 50 mm, and 9PJ for dia 60 mm. On machined steel and stainless, any groove count can be produced to suit your belt, roller centers and load.

Yes - in steel or stainless. Because those pulleys are machined rather than molded, any tube diameter is possible (dia 80 mm and above included). For plastic, we hold molds for dia 48, 50 and 60 mm; a different plastic diameter requires a new mold, which only suits large repeating volumes.

Plastic gives the lowest unit cost on the common dia 48/50/60 mm sizes for light, high-volume lines. Steel suits non-standard diameters, custom groove counts and heavier or faster duty, with a plated finish. Stainless (304/316) is for washdown, damp or food-area lines where plated steel would corrode.

Zinc (galvanized) for cost-effective indoor protection, electrolytic nickel for a harder more corrosion-resistant surface, and electroless (chemical) nickel for even coverage over the whole profile. The tube can also be PU-coated or PVC-sleeved for grip and protection.
