DZL: Usually used for boilers with a capacity of less than 10 tons; easy to transport; low requirements for water quality; boiler room construction charges are low. SZL: Usually suitable for larger capacity boilers; good water circulation, small water volume; faster preheating and higher steam quality; higher requirements for water quality; higher thermal efficiency.

Vertical boiler: Compact structure, limited floor space, easy installation and disassembly, low cost of capital construction, less investment, rapid and abundant steam consumption. Horizontal boiler: Large combustion space, fuel can be burned fully, higher thermal efficiency than vertical boiler, less heat loss, stronger output, higher steam quality.

Coal size: 6-25 mm. Coal blending size: <50 mm (less than 6 mm coal should be less than 30%). Biomass particle diameter: 6 ~ 10 mm, length: 25 ~ 50 mm, water content <15%, ash <2%, sulfur content <0.07%, chlorine <0.07%, nitrogen <0.5%.

Door size: Standard oval furnace door: 300*800*1500. Blower hopper size: 2 tons conical hopper: 1400*800*1500; 4 tons cone hopper: 2200*1400*1500.
