Coal-fired steam boilers use coal as fuel to heat water through high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion, so that water is heated and evaporated in a closed boiler and converted into steam. The daily maintenance of coal-fired steam boiler includes regular inspection of the working state of key components such as combustion system, water level control system, safety valve and pressure gauge; cleaning up the ash inside and outside the boiler to keep the heating surface of the boiler clean; regular blowdown to prevent deterioration of water quality; and necessary overhaul and replacement of worn parts according to the operation time of the boiler.
