500mm CNC Automatic Longitudinal Straight Seam Welding Machine

This machine is compatible with multiple common metal materials, including stainless steel 304/316, ordinary carbon steel, galvanized sheet, cold-rolled steel plate and aluminum alloy. It meets the welding requirements of daily hardware, pressure vessels and auto parts with stable forming effect.

The applicable plate thickness is 0.5mm to 6.0mm. Equipped with water-cooled copper mandrel and back argon protection system, it can effectively dissipate welding heat. It perfectly solves the burning-through and deformation problems of thin plates, realizing smooth and oxidation-free welds on both sides.

Yes. The PLC intelligent control system supports storing up to 99 sets of customized welding parameters. Users can call corresponding programs with one key when switching different workpieces, no need to repeatedly debug parameters, which greatly improves production efficiency and product consistency.

It supports three mainstream welding processes: TIG argon arc welding, MIG/MAG gas shielded welding and plasma welding. Customers can match the corresponding welding power source according to material type, plate thickness and welding precision requirements.

Basically no obvious deformation. The machine adopts pneumatic keyboard uniform clamping structure, with adjustable pressure and uniform stress on the weld seam. It can closely fit the workpiece during the whole welding process, effectively avoid warping, misalignment and deformation of thin-plate workpieces.
