The worktable measures 1000mm in width and 1500mm in length, with a standard working height of approximately 800-850mm including the base frame. This compact yet spacious format is specifically designed to accommodate medical device components while maintaining a small workshop footprint.

Medical device manufacturing demands exceptionally high precision, cleanliness, and repeatability. This worktable is precision-machined to ultra-tight tolerances (flatness 0.05mm per square meter, hole position 0.02mm), ensuring that every weld joint meets the stringent quality standards required for surgical instruments, implantable devices, diagnostic equipment, and other medical applications.

This platform features enhanced precision specifications: flatness tolerance of 0.05mm(compared to the standard 0.1mm), hole position accuracy of 0.02mm, and surface roughness of Ra 1.6. These tighter tolerances are essential for medical-grade welding where even micron-level deviations can affect device performance and patient safety.

The table features a 100*100mm hole grid spacing with D28mm diameter holes. For medical device applications requiring finer positioning, we also offer optional 50*50mm grid patterns upon request.

Hole spacing tolerance is maintained within 0.02mm, with individual hole position tolerance of 0.015mm and repeat positioning accuracy of 0.02mm. This ensures that all fixturing accessories are perfectly interchangeable with micron-level precision.
