High Tonnage Welding Platform for Shipyard Workshop

This platform is specifically designed for heavy-duty shipyard applications including large hull section assembly, deck panel fabrication, bulkhead construction, and ultra-heavy marine structural welding. The high tonnage capacity handles the most demanding shipbuilding operations with extreme loads and thermal stress.

The platform features heavy-gauge steel construction with reinforced multi-ribbed underside support, capable of supporting uniformly distributed loads exceeding 5000kg. It is engineered specifically for shipyard environments where massive steel plates and structural assemblies are common.

Diagonal holes provide 45-degree angled fixturing points essential for ship hull curves, tapered bow sections, inclined bulkheads, and complex marine geometries. This eliminates the need for custom angle fixtures and significantly reduces setup time for curved ship structures.

The 3000mm length accommodates long hull stringers, keel sections, and deck stiffeners in a single setup without repositioning. The 2000mm width provides generous space for wide plate assemblies, making it ideal for large-scale shipbuilding operations.

The platform features a thick steel top plate with dense ribbed reinforcement underneath, distributing heavy loads evenly without deformation. The Q355 steel construction provides exceptional rigidity and resistance to bending under extreme weight.
