Can you custom design products?

We have our own in-house photo studio, graphic, and product designing team. Custom designing a logo, packaging, or product is always part of our service.

Why are samples more expensive than the quoted unit cost?

Most of our samples are specially made by our sample makers. When material purchasing costs and labor costs are calculated, the final cost is much higher than our wholesale prices.

What are your standard payment terms?

We accept bank transfer, Letter of Credit in sight, PayPal, or Western Union. For most deals, an upfront (deposit) payment is required before we start production.

What is the standard lead time?

For existing items, the lead time is always 3 to 7 days. For certain custom-made items, the lead time is 15-30 days. Lead time is calculated from the date when we receive your upfront payment.
