Why are your samples much more expensive than its quoted unit cost?

The samples need to be produced by specially designated sample-making staff. The process of making the samples is the same as that of the regular production process and requires the use of raw materials.

What are your standard payment terms?

We accept bank transfer, Paypal or Western Union. For most deals, upfront deposit payment will be required before we start production.

What is your standard lead time?

For our existing items, our lead time is always 3 to 7 days. For certain custom made items, our lead time is 15-30 days. Lead time is calculated from the date when we receive your upfront payment.
