Q:What is the lead time for molds and orders?
A:
Mold lead time is 3-5 days for rush orders and 7-10 days generally. Order lead time is 10-15 days for urgent orders and 15-20 days generally. Sample lead time is 3-5 days urgent and 5-7 days general.
Q:Do you accept custom designs or samples?
A:
Yes, we can manufacture and process according to customer's samples or drawings. We also provide OEM and ODM services.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union. A 50% deposit is required in advance, and the balance must be paid before shipment. Mold fees require 100% payment.
Q:What post-processing options are available?
A:
