We support Stainless Steel (SUS304, SUS316), Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Brass, Bronze, and other materials. Special needs can be discussed with customer service.
Q:What casting methods do you offer?
A:
We provide Lost Wax Casting, Precision Casting, Investment Casting, Dewaxing Casting, Silica Sol Casting, Precision Die Casting, and Sand Casting.
Q:Can you manufacture according to my design?
A:
Yes, we can manufacture and process according to customer's samples or drawings. We also provide ready stock for direct order.
Q:What is the lead time for molds?
A:
For rush orders, the mold lead time is 3-5 days. General lead time is 7-10 days, with exceptions for peculiar products.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union. For molds, 100% payment is required before production. For orders, a 50% deposit is needed, with the balance paid before shipment.
