Q:Is it mandatory to equip online sensors for fully automatic dosing equipment?
A:
Not mandatory. It can work under flow-proportional or timing dosing mode without sensors. Online sensors are required for real-time dosage adjustment based on water quality.
Q:Can PAC and PAM share one set of automatic dosing equipment?
A:
Not recommended. PAC and PAM need different dissolving conditions and stirring speeds. High-speed stirring will degrade PAM polymer chains. Two independent dosing units are suggested.
Q:How to select tank material?
A:
PE for ordinary flocculants; PP for acid and alkali chemicals; SS304 / SS316 for heavy-corrosion working conditions.
Q:Can the equipment connect to the central PLC of the whole wastewater system?
A:
Yes. 4-20mA analog signal is supported. Operation status and fault alarms can be uploaded to the central control system.
Q:What should be noted for PAM stirring?
A:
PAM polymer needs low-speed stirring. Too high rotating speed will break polymer chains and reduce flocculation performance. Our unit is fitted with adjustable-speed agitator.
