AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryDSC Xiamen Enterprise Pte Ltd. is a China-based trading company established in 2012, with 10 employees and operations in Fujian. The supplier reports five production lines, 11–20 quality-control staff, buckles output of 2,000,000 pieces, and lead times of within 15 workdays off-peak and one month during peak season. It states that it follows order-specific SOPs, confirms details before production, conducts 100% inspection before shipment, and accepts responsibility beyond quality acceptance. The supplier offers customized colors, designs, samples, and 2D/3D artwork, and reports compliance-related certificates or standards including SMETA, BSCI, CPSIA, Prop 65, RoHS, and REACH. However, its supplier-management-system certification is listed as NIL, and the evidence on financial strength, after-sales execution, and customer cases is limited. Trade records show one transaction each for matches and safety matches with a US buyer.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a trading company, with a 10-person organization based in Xiamen, Fujian, China. Its stated commercial engagement spans hardware, bags, apparel accessories, and other product categories, indicating a broad trading and sourcing profile rather than a narrowly documented manufacturing identity.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it takes responsibility for defects beyond quality acceptance, uses order-specific SOPs, performs 100% inspection before shipment, and seeks long-term customer relationships. These statements support a service commitment, but there is no concrete evidence of complaint-handling procedures, warranty terms, response performance, or resolved after-sales cases.

Production capacityThe supplier reports five production lines, 11–20 quality-control staff, a 430.37 m² manufacturing plant, and annual buckle output of 2,000,000 pieces. It states lead times of within 15 workdays off-peak and one month during peak season, providing explicit evidence of production and quality-control resources for buckle-related products.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly accepts customized orders, including customer-selected colors matched to original samples or PANTONE references, and offers multiple finishing techniques. It also provides 2D and 3D artwork for approval before mold and production, supporting a documented customization workflow.
