About 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week customs clearance (6-7 weeks total). About 2 weeks to US East Coast and 3 weeks to West Coast. All sea goods ship from Ningbo Port.

What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are negotiable. We prefer 30% deposit and balance by T/T before sailing, or T/T 15 days after sailing. Initial stages may require 50% tooling fee advance.

How are complaints handled after delivery?

Please provide photos and details. We will check with production and QC immediately and provide a solution agreed upon by both parties. We bear all costs, including shipping.
