It takes about 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week for customs clearance (6-7 weeks total). It takes 2 weeks to the US East Coast and 3 weeks to the West Coast. All sea goods ship from Ningbo Port.

How long does air shipping take?

It takes about 7 days to all major destinations.

What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are negotiable. We prefer a 30% deposit and balance by T/T before sailing, or 50% tooling fee in advance for samples. T/T 15 days after sailing is also acceptable sometimes.

We mainly export to the USA, Germany, France, Italy, UK, Brazil, Sweden, Japan, Korea, Middle East, Thailand, and other regions.

Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory.

How are complaints handled?
