Q:What material are your sinks made of? Is it real 304 stainless steel?

Our sinks are made of genuine SUS304 stainless steel, available in 0.6/ 0.8mm / 1.0mm / 1.2mm thickness (1.0mm recommended). An SGS material test report is available upon request.

Q:Are your sinks handmade or pressing? What's the difference?

We offer both. Handmade sinks are customized thickness with well welded corners and a modern premium look; pressing sinks are one-piece stamped, lighter and more cost-effective. Tell us your target market and we'll recommend the best option.

Q:What surface finishes do you offer?

Brushed, nano-coated (anti-scratching, easy-clean), black titanium, and mirror finishes. Nano coating is the most popular for residential kitchens; brushed is the best value for contractors.

Q:Do you support OEM / ODM customization?

Yes. OEM: custom logo, laser engraving, and packaging (color box / export carton). ODM: custom sizes, bowl depth, drain hole positions, and new designs. Custom tooling fee and lead time depend on the specification.

Q:What is your lead time and shipping terms?

Lead time is 30-40 days after deposit confirmation. We support FOB (Ningbo / Guangzhou), CIF, and DDP. Every sink is protected with foam padding and carton packing (plywood pallet available for large orders) to prevent scratches in transit.
