What information is needed for a CNC machining quotation?

Please provide 2D/3D drawings (STEP/IGS/PDF preferred), material, quantity, tolerance requirement, surface finish, and special assembly requirements. Samples with photos are also accepted.

What materials can you process?

We support aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, POM, PA, PEEK, and other metal & engineering plastics. Special materials can be customized upon request.

Question 3

What surface treatments are available?

Accepted Answer

Available options include anodizing, hard anodizing, sandblasting, powder coating, electroplating, passivation, polishing, and laser marking. We follow customer color codes for anodizing.

What is your MOQ?

There is no strict MOQ. We accept prototype sample orders, small batch trial orders, and mass production. Unit price varies with order quantity.

How long are the sample and mass production lead times?

Accepted Answer

Sample lead time is 3-7 working days depending on complexity. Mass production takes 7-15 working days, subject to the actual order.

Can you make parts if I only have a sample and no 3D drawing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can reverse engineer according to your sample and create 3D drawings for confirmation before production. Extra scanning and drawing costs may apply.

How do you guarantee quality and do you provide inspection reports?

Accepted Answer

Each batch undergoes in-process and final inspection. We can provide dimension inspection reports and material certificates upon request.

What is your packing method for CNC machined parts?

We use anticollision bubble bags, foam, and carton boxes. Precision parts are individually packed to avoid scratches and collision damage during sea or air shipment.

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment). For new customers, sample orders require full payment in advance. Trade assurance orders are also supported.

Can you modify parts based on feedback after sample testing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support modifications to drawings and machining parameters. If molds or fixtures need changing, extra costs will be quoted separately.

Do you accept custom nonstandard CNC parts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most of our products are custom nonstandard parts. Just send us your drawing or sample.

What if the received parts have dimension problems?

Accepted Answer

Please send photos and dimension test data. We will analyze the root cause. If caused by our production error, we will reproduce for free.

What file formats can you open?

Accepted Answer

We support STEP, IGS, STP, Solidworks, PDF, and DWG. PDF 2D drawings are acceptable for quotation, while 3D files are better for accurate machining.
