For a 2000-count encoder, 1000 pulses in 10ms equals approx 3000 RPM. Direct speed reading is also supported.
Q:How to calculate position for a multi-turn encoder?
A:
Divide current value by single-turn resolution for turns. Subtract turns*resolution from current value for single-turn position.
