Q:What is the delivery time?

For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?
A:
For small machines, you just need power and water. For larger plants, we send an installation brochure as components may be separated for shipping; installation is easy.
Q:Which is better, Water Cooled or Air Cooled?
A:
It depends on your situation. Air cooled is recommended if electricity is abundant and cheap. Choose water cooled if water resources are more favorable.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
We provide an 18-month warranty for our ice making machines.
