For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest.

Q:What are the payment and trade terms?

We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.

Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?

For small machines, they are shipped as a whole unit; you only need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, some components may be separated for shipping, but an easy-to-follow installation brochure is provided.

Q:Which is better, water cooled or air cooled?

It depends on your situation. If electricity is cheaper and more abundant than water, air cooled is recommended. Otherwise, water cooled is suitable.

Q:What is the warranty period?
