We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.

Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?

For small machines shipped as a whole unit, you only need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, components may be separate for shipping, but an installation brochure is provided for easy setup.

Q:Which is better, water-cooled or air-cooled?

It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper than water, air-cooled is recommended. Otherwise, choose water-cooled based on your specific conditions.
