Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
For small capacity ice making machines (1-5 tons), it needs about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity ice machines, it needs around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest under the same daily capacity.
Q:What are the payment terms and trade terms?
A:
We normally accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?
A:
For small ice machines, we ship them as a whole unit; you just need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, some components may be separate for shipping convenience. An installation brochure will be sent to you, and it is very easy to install.
Q:Which is better, Water Cooled or Air Cooled Machine?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is more abundant and cheaper than water, air cooled is recommended. Otherwise, you can choose water cooled according to your specific conditions.
Q:What is the warranty time?
A:
We provide an 18-month warranty period for our ice making machines.
