Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. The exact time depends on the specific ice making machine type and daily capacity.
Q:What are the payment and trade terms?
A:
We normally accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms include FOB Shenzhen, and we also accept EXW, CIF, and CFR.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?
A:
For small machines, they are shipped as a whole unit; you just need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, some components may be separated for shipping, but an installation brochure is provided to make setup easy.
Q:Which is better, Water Cooled or Air Cooled?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper, Air Cooled is recommended. If water is more available or cost-effective, Water Cooled is the better choice.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
We provide a warranty period of 18 months for our ice machines.
