Product Q&A

Q:What is the delivery time?

For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest under the same daily capacity.

Q:What are the payment terms and trade terms?

We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.

Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?

For small machines, they are shipped as a whole unit; you only need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, some components may be separate for shipping, but an installation brochure is provided for easy setup.

Q:Which is better, Water Cooled or Air Cooled?

It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper than water, air cooled is recommended. Otherwise, choose water cooled based on your specific conditions.

Q:What is the warranty time?

We provide an 18-month warranty. Any questions can be addressed within 24 hours.
