Q:What is the delivery time?

For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest under the same daily capacity.
Q:What are the payment terms and trade terms?
A:
We normally accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms include FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?
A:
For small machines, they are shipped as a whole unit; you just need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, some components may be separated for shipping, but an easy-to-follow installation brochure is provided.
Q:For Water Cooled and Air Cooled Machine, which one is better?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper than water, air cooled is recommended. Otherwise, you can choose water cooled based on your specific conditions.
Q:What is the warranty time?
A:
