For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days.
Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?
A:
For small machines, you just need power and water. For larger plants, we send an installation brochure; it is easy to install.
Q:Which is better, water-cooled or air-cooled?
A:
It depends on your situation. Air-cooled is recommended if electricity is abundant and cheap; otherwise, choose water-cooled.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
