For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it requires around 20-30 working days.
Q:What are the payment and trade terms?
A:
We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?
A:
For small machines, they are shipped as a whole unit; you just need power and water. For larger plants, components may be separated, but an installation brochure is provided for easy setup.
Q:Which is better, water-cooled or air-cooled?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is cheaper and more abundant, air-cooled is recommended. Otherwise, water-cooled is suitable.
Q:What is the warranty time?
A:
