For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. The time varies based on the specific ice machine type and daily capacity.

We normally accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. The trade term is FOB Shenzhen.

For small ice machines, you just need to prepare power and water as they are shipped as whole units. For larger plants, components may be separated for shipping, but an installation brochure is provided to make it very easy.
