Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
For small capacity ice making machines (1-5 tons), it needs about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity ice machines, it needs around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest under the same daily capacity.
Q:What are the payment terms and trade terms?
A:
We normally accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?
A:
For small ice machines, they are shipped as a whole unit; you just need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, some components may be separate for shipping, but an installation brochure is provided to make it very easy.
Q:Which is better, Water Cooled or Air Cooled Machine?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is more abundant and cheaper than water, air cooled is recommended. Otherwise, you can choose water cooled according to your specific conditions.
Q:What is the warranty time?
A:
