We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.

Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?

For small machines, they ship as a whole unit requiring only power and water. For larger plants, some components may be separated for shipping, but an installation brochure is provided to make setup easy.

Q:Which is better, water cooled or air cooled?

It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper, air cooled is recommended. If water is more available or cost-effective, water cooled is the better choice.
