Q:What are the payment and trade terms?

We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?
A:
Small units ship as a whole; just prepare power and water. Larger plants ship with separated components and include an easy installation brochure.
Q:Which is better: water cooled or air cooled?
A:
It depends on local conditions. Choose air cooled if electricity is cheaper, or water cooled if water is more abundant and cost-effective.
