For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest.

Q:What are the payment and trade terms?

We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.

Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?

For small machines, you just need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, components may be separated for shipping, but an installation brochure is provided for easy setup.

Q:Which is better, water cooled or air cooled?

It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper than water, air cooled is recommended. Otherwise, choose water cooled based on your resources.
