For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days.
Q:What are the payment terms and trade terms?
A:
We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms include FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?
A:
For small machines, you just need power and water. For larger plants, we send an installation brochure; it is very easy to install.
Q:Which is better, Water Cooled or Air Cooled Machine?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is cheaper and abundant, choose Air Cooled. Otherwise, Water Cooled is recommended.
Q:What is the warranty time?
A:
