For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?
A:
For small machines, just prepare power and water. For larger plants, we ship some components separately but provide an easy installation brochure.
Q:Which is better: Water Cooled or Air Cooled?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is cheaper and abundant, choose air-cooled. Otherwise, water-cooled is recommended.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
