For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest.

We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.

Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?

For small machines, you just need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, components may be separate for shipping, but an easy-to-follow installation brochure is provided.

Q:Which is better, water-cooled or air-cooled?

It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper than water, air-cooled is recommended. Otherwise, choose water-cooled based on your specific conditions.
