For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days.
Q:What are the payment terms and trade terms?

We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?
A:
For small machines, you just need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, an installation brochure is provided, and the process is easy.
Q:Which is better, water cooled or air cooled machine?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is cheaper and more abundant, choose air cooled. Otherwise, water cooled is recommended.
Q:What is the warranty time?
