For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days.
Q:What are the payment and trade terms?
A:
We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?
A:
For small machines, just prepare power and water. For larger plants, we send an installation brochure; it is very easy to install.
Q:Which is better, Water Cooled or Air Cooled?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is cheaper and more abundant, air cooled is recommended. Otherwise, choose water cooled.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
We provide an 18-month warranty. Any questions can be resolved within 24 hours.
