Delivery time varies by machine type and capacity. For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest.

Q:What are the payment and trade terms?

We normally accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.

Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?

For small machines, they are shipped as a whole unit requiring only power and water connection. For larger plants, some components may be separated for shipping, but an installation brochure is provided to make the process easy.

Q:Which is better, Water Cooled or Air Cooled Machine?

It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper than water, an air-cooled machine is recommended. Otherwise, you can choose the water-cooled one based on your specific conditions.
