For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest.

Q:What are the payment terms?

We normally accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.

Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?

For small machines, you just need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, components may be separate for shipping, but an easy-to-follow installation brochure is provided.

Q:Which is better: Water Cooled or Air Cooled?

It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper than water, air cooled is recommended. Otherwise, choose water cooled based on your specific conditions.
