Power has four levels. Time is divided into 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 minutes. For general patients, we suggest 30 minutes at the highest power, twice or three times a day. You can gradually adjust the time based on your fitness. After every 10 days of treatment, pause for 1 or 2 days before continuing.

Wear the device on your left hand with the back part corresponding to the radial artery. Clean the probes if dirty. For nasal use, insert the head 2-3 cm into the nose and clamp the septum. For ear use, insert like earphones. Press the on/off key to turn on, then use the Mode key to select Red/Blue or both. Insert probes to activate mode B. Press on/off for one second to start. Long press to shut down. Only one probe works at a time.

Use two fingers of your right hand to position the outside of the left hand's first wrist line. Then, align the instrument's back part (Radial Artery laser acupoint) with the hand's Radial Artery and wear the instrument on your left hand.

We strongly recommend combining with nasal cavity irradiation for maximum treatment efficiency. Before using the nasal probe, protect the head with the small cap. Clean the head with 0.9% normal saline or gently wipe with a tissue. Insert the probe 2-3 cm into the nose and clamp the septum.

You do not need to change living habits, but should maintain a proper diet or exercise for conditions like hypertension or diabetes. Do not use ethanol to clean nasal cavities or the instrument head as it irritates mucosa and damages the probe shell. Clean with 0.9% normal saline or a wet paper towel.
