Q:Are you a manufacturer or trader?

We are professional premade pouch packaging machinery manufacturer and our factory is located in Wenzhou City, China. And we have our own design team for products design.

Q:What payment terms and trade terms do you accept?

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment. We usually offer FOB Ningbo price, but we also accept other way like L/C.

Q:Is the machine easy to operate and what can I do if it doesn't work?

First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by just one person. What you need do is just to operate the PLC and clean the machine regularly. Also, we will sent you manual and video for the machine. We suggest you to visit our factory to learn more by yourself. And if there is something going wrong , you can call us , video-chat or email us. Our engineer can also go overseas if needed.
