The automatic bag feeding device supports one-touch width adjustment, enabling rapid changeover between pouch sizes and significantly reducing downtime.

Instant heat sealing followed by water cooling produces a smooth, wrinkle-free seal. The system continuously monitors sealing temperature and triggers an automatic alarm if the heating element fails.

Intelligent sensor logic automatically skips sealing when no product is detected, allowing empty pouches to be recycled - zero material waste.

Compatible with stand-up pouches, zipper bags, four-side seal bags, three-side seal bags, paper bags and more; the feeding system flexibly adapts to granule, block, powder, and liquid products.

All-mechanical cam-driven transmission delivers stable, maintenance-free operation. The 2,700 kg heavy-duty frame provides extreme structural rigidity for low failure rates.

Q:What payment terms and trade terms do you accept?

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment. We usually offer FOB Ningbo price, but we also accept other way like L/C.

Q:Is the machine easy to operate and what can I do if it doesn't work?

First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by just one person. What you need do is just to operate the PLC and clean the machine regularly. Also, we will sent you manual and video for the machine. We suggest you to visit our factory to learn more by yourself. And if there is something going wrong , you can call us , video-chat or email us. Our engineer can also go overseas if needed.
