Q:How to order?

Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax, or ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice. We need product information (quantity, specification, logo, packing), delivery time, shipping details, and forwarder contact info if applicable.
Q:How long and how to get sample from us?
A:
We can make samples per your request if you provide PDF or AI files. The lead time is about 7 days. Freight and sample charges are at the buyer's cost and depend on the country and process.
Q:What is the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?
A:
For samples, we accept West Union and PayPal. For orders, we accept T/T.
Q:What is the whole process for doing business with us?
A:
1) Provide product details for a quote. 2) If price is acceptable, we issue a Proforma Invoice for sample payment. 3) Upon sample approval, we issue a PI for bulk production after receiving 30% deposit. 4) We send photos and B/L copy after production and arrange shipment upon balance payment.
